WHAT IS RISE ONLINE?

Our RISE Online program offers the flexibility of virtual fitness with the personal touch of one-on-one coaching.


You'll have a dedicated coaching call with a certified trainer to provide personalised guidance, motivation, and accountability. Alongside your workouts, you'll receive comprehensive support with our app, including nutrition planning and progress tracking. Whether you're a beginner or a fitness enthusiast, our program is designed to help you reach your goals with the convenience of online access and professional coaching.

We offer an initial 12 week program that includes:

  • Customised programs built around the things you like to do

  • Nutrition plan built around your lifestyle and the things you like to eat

  • Weekly/fortnightly Coaching sessions where we set goals for the week ahead and celebrate each success!

  • myzone to help you stay motivated and on track, *included in our ENGAGE & DOMINATE memberships!

  • Our member app and access to 100s of ONLINE sessions to complete at home or wherever you are!

Hi, I’m Mathew a certified personal trainer dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals, no matter where you're located.

With a passion for health & fitness and a commitment to making exercise enjoyable and effective.

I specialise in creating personalised workout plans that cater to your specific needs—whether you're aiming to lose weight, build strength, increase flexibility, or just improve your overall health.

As an online coach, I provide flexible, one-on-one coaching through virtual sessions, along with the latest tech, so you can work out on your terms, at your convenience. I’m here to guide you, offer motivation, and ensure you’re getting the most out of every workout and take the guess work out of your nutrition as no workout plan is complete without the correct nutrition.
