I'm obsessed with running 🏅 — my current 10K time is 45:11, and I've got a 5K at 21:12. Not too shabby, right? But here's the thing: my real passion goes beyond just fast times and PBs. It’s all about helping YOU find a balance that keeps you feeling strong, healthy, and ready to tackle whatever life throws your way. 🌍
I've been in the personal training game for over
5 years
and have had the absolute pleasure of working with clients from all walks of life — from gym newbies to seasoned athletes, and everyone in between. Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, or simply learning how to move better, I’m here to guide, support, and occasionally crack a dad joke or two. 😂
